NOTIFICATION DETAILS : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Final Answer Key for JEE Main Session II 2026 on its official website. The provisional answer key was released on 11 April 2026, and after considering objections raised by candidates, the commission has now published the final answer key on 20 April 2026.

| Educational Qualification | Candidates who have passed Class 12th in 2024, 2025, or those appearing in 2026 are eligible. Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for B.E./B.Tech courses. For B.Arch, Mathematics is mandatory. |
➡️ Two Physics Questions Dropped: According to the final answer key, two questions from the Physics section have been dropped: '695278261' and '6952781086'. Candidates who attempted these questions will receive full marks regardless of their responses.
➡️ Objection Window: The provisional answer key was released on 11 April 2026. Candidates could raise objections by paying ₹200 per question until 13 April 2026. After reviewing the challenges, NTA revised the answer key and released the final version.
➡️ Result Declaration: The results will be prepared based on the final answer key. The best performance out of Session 1 and Session 2 will be considered for the rank list. The JEE Main 2026 scorecard will include subject-wise percentile scores, overall NTA score, All India Rank, category rank, and qualification status for JEE Advanced 2026.

Chemistry
"NCERT Textbooks (Class 11 & 12)" for Organic & Inorganic; "Physical Chemistry" by O.P. Tandon – covers all topics with practice MCQs.
Mathematics
"IIT Mathematics" by R.D. Sharma or "Problems in Calculus" by I.A. Maron – for calculus, algebra, and coordinate geometry.
Previous Year Papers
"JEE Main Previous Year Solved Papers (2020-2026)" by Arihant – helps understand exam pattern and difficulty level.

- On the homepage, go to the "Latest @ NTA" or "What's New" section.
- Click on the link: "JEE Main 2026 Final Answer Key for Session 2".
- Login using your Application Number and Password / Date of Birth.
- Fill in the captcha code if required and click on the Submit / Login button.
- Your final answer key will appear on the screen.
- Download the PDF and save it for future reference.
- Calculate your expected score using the official marking scheme.
