The selected candidates will be appointed in the E-3 IDA Pay Scale of ₹24,900 – ₹50,500. The approximate CTC ranges between ₹12–14 LPA including allowances like DA, HRA, and medical benefits.
The exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 200 MCQs. Part-I (General Aptitude) has 40 questions, and Part-II (Technical Knowledge) has 160 questions. Total duration is 3 hours.

Selected candidates are required to execute a service bond of ₹9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least five years from their date of appointment.
