Army SSC Tech : Pay Scale & Selection Process
- Rank: Lieutenant (Level 10)
- Pay Scale: ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500
- Training Stipend: ₹56,100/- per month during training at OTA Chennai.
- Selection Process: Shortlisting based on Engineering degree marks, followed by SSB Interview (Stage I & II).
- Final Selection: Medical examination for SSB recommended candidates and merit list based on SSB marks.

- Stage 2 (Day 2 to 5): Psychology Tests (TAT, WAT, SRT, SD), GTO Tasks (Group tasks and obstacles), and Personal Interview.
- Conference (Day 5): Final recommendation decision by all assessors.
