📝 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

  • Written Exam: The selection is based on an objective-type written test (Offline OMR based).
  • Structure: Both Paper I and Paper II consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 150 marks.
  • Duration: Candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes for each paper.
  • Negative Marking: There is No Negative Marking in JHTET 2026.
  • Qualifying Percentage: 60% for General/EWS, 55% for Backward Classes, and 52% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
